Orders are sent through Nova Poshta within 3 days after purchase.
Delivery usually takes up to 3 days.

International Shipping
Worldwide delivery takes approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping cost is calculated separately and usually ranges from $10 to $15, depending on the total order weight.

All parcels include a tracking number.

Most pieces are ready to ship.
Made-to-order items take 5–15 days, depending on complexity.

Stainless steel jewelry doesn’t tarnish or rust, but it’s best to dry it after contact with water.
Store in a dry place, separately from other pieces.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth to keep the shine.

 Returns & Repairs
Returns are accepted in case of defects or my mistake.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

I carefully repair my pieces, because I want them to stay with you for years:
 • if the jewelry broke but all elements are preserved, I’ll repair it at no cost;
 • if some parts are missing, a small fee may apply for replacement;
 • if something doesn’t fit or feels uncomfortable, I’ll adjust or remake it for you (free);
 • clasp replacement in case of defect (free);
 • polishing (free).

Return shipping both ways is covered by the buyer.
